Thank you for shopping with Goofe. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns Window We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original or suitable protective packaging
Non-Returnable Items The following items are made to order and are therefore not eligible for return:
- Framed posters and art prints
- Ceramic mugs and travel mugs
- T-shirts and apparel
If any made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at goofebox@hotmail.com with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
