1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that some products (framed posters, art prints, mugs, and apparel) are made to order and may require additional production time before dispatch.

2. UK Shipping We offer free shipping on selected items to the United Kingdom. Shipping costs for all other items are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

3. International Shipping We ship to selected international destinations. Free shipping is available on selected items — shipping costs for all other items are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times vary by destination but are typically 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at goofebox@hotmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier disruptions outside our control.

7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Goofe cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
